About

About Me

Across nearly 20 years and more industries than I can count, I've worked at every altitude: from the room where decisions get made to the details that bring it all together.

What’s stayed consistent is the work itself: partnering with purpose-driven leaders to turn vision into reality. I’ve sat at the executive table as a thought partner and Chief of Staff, built the systems and infrastructure underneath growing organizations, and rolled up my sleeves when the work just needed to get done. Sometimes all three in the same week.

Some of my proudest accomplishments include:

  • Leading a global program management office (PMO) at Google focused on making hiring fair and equitable.
  • Serving as Chief of Staff for Teach For America’s D.C. region, guiding the organization through significant leadership change and managing a $7M operating budget.
  • Helping Esq. Apprentice generate approximately $400,000 in revenue over nine months while operationalizing a donor management system and building infrastructure for long-term board stewardship

Outside of work, I’m committed to causes focused on economic mobility and equitable access. I currently serve as Co-Chair of the LIFT Chicago board and an alumni of the Chicago Urban League IMPACT Leadership Development Program.

In my spare time, you’ll find me cheering (more like screaming) for the Buffalo Bills, listening to music across every decade and genre, reading historical fiction, and finding the next great show to binge watch.
