About Me

One might call me a “Jill of All Trades.”

For more than 15 years, I’ve led strategy and operations, talent, and DE&I work across the venture capital, technology and nonprofit sectors. My professional journey has always been guided by pursuing purpose-driven work, solving complex challenges, working alongside phenomenal leaders – and simply “getting sh*t done.”

Some of my proudest accomplishments include:

  • Launching a global DE&I advisory practice for a portfolio of 450+ venture-backed software companies
  • Leading a global program management office (PMO) at Google focused on racial equity in hiring, and integrating diversity, equity and inclusion metrics into performance expectations for a 3,000+ member division
  • Guiding a region through significant change and supporting executive leaders as Chief of Staff for Teach For America in Washington, DC
  • Putting my obsession with details and systems to good use by becoming Project Management Professional (PMP) certified in 2023

Outside of work, I love dedicating my time to causes focused on economic mobility and equitable access for underserved communities. Currently, I serve as a board advisor for LIFT, Climb Hire, and Jodie.ai.

In my spare time, you’ll find me cheering (more like screaming) for the Buffalo Bills, listening to music across decades and genres, reading historical fiction, and finding the next great show to binge watch on Netflix.
